After couple days of talking to Jean Algarate through text, I had a wonderful time with Jean as he was respectful, patient, and informative. A better experience than what I had with my local toyota dealership. Although I did not get a car from this dealership due to family and financial situation, I would recommend Jean anytime! I had a wonderful experience and did not have any pressure or hidden fees applied. He sent me a whole list of price, taxes, and fees. I do apologize to Jean for using up his time and for not purchasing a car from him, but he was definitely helpful and willingly there to answer any questions to his best abilities. He deserves the 5 star review since it is hard to find great and helpful salesman that aren't trying to profit off you from insane amount of taxes and fees.
